As good as you remember

We love chocolate. Who doesn't? So when Sanders approached us in 2005, we were tempted to work on trade. New ownership had taken over with the goal of reviving Detroit's century-old confectioner after two decades of hardship.

Using a consistent style guide, Curve revamped all of Sanders advertising and marketing, from business cards and voicemail greetings to in-store displays and public relations, in order to ensure customers recognized and recalled the brand. New catalogs, packaging and an email campaign were also integrated to reconnect old customers while attracting new ones.

Now Sanders is back--in a big way! Catalog sales are up 20 percent and the email campaign has attracted over 16,000 new customers and raised web orders more than 60 percent. Plus, Curve has helped Sanders open five stores in Metro Detroit (and we're happy to say the Curve studio now has the hook-up to a never-ending supply of Sanders chocolate).
